We've got a problem. The team is coming together fantastic and they've been working on their skills and playing to the meta like you suggested. They were doing really well but they just seemed to lose motivation. I think they're suffering some burnout because they don't see the long term picture where their careers are headed. This is collegiate play after all and some of the players are wondering how this is going to matter in their future. Mr. Stickeywicket thinks that they just need to push through it but I've got a better idea. Let's give them a taste of what opportunities exist on the professional scene. Lets wow them with the big leagues and tournaments they could be playing for in the future. This is going to take some research on your part. But don't tell Mr. Stickeywicket about it, he wants them only focused on the here and now. Make sure your Market Analysis Report includes the following:
1) What are the professional and challenger leagues and how do teams qualify?
2) What are the large scale tournaments and how do teams qualify?
3) What does prize support look like for these tournaments?
4) Are there any tryout opportunities for existing teams/organizations?
5) Are there any major sponsors that players could look into for streaming?
